Why Your Voice Matters During This Crisis

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on what it means to take action during a time of crisis. Migrants and marginalized communities are being targeted by harmful policies, and fear is tearing lives apart. It’s easy to feel uncertain about speaking up, but I’ve realized something: silence helps no one.

Whether you’re directly part of these communities, adjacent to them, or just a human being who cares, your voice matters. You don’t have to have all the answers or be perfect to make a difference. Write to your representatives. Share this message. Protest. Support organizations on the front lines. Every action counts.

This isn’t about politics-it’s about humanity. Together, we can make a difference if we show up. Don’t let fear stop you. Let’s stand together for compassion and justice.
